Deliberate Act of Trespass

 Trespass

Access to computer systems can be done remotely or directly. Logically, direct access is made to the computer that contains the external computer system. A private or public computer network is used for remote computer intrusion. It could be thought that the simple access already meets the prescribed crime, but the truth is that this intrusion must allow the availability of the data contained in that system. With different purposes, both to know these data, as well as to proceed with their modification, copy or use them. It is also required that the access is mocking or violating the security measures that protect the computer system.

These security measures are those that within the system itself must prevent the access of third parties without authorization. These security measures can be both software and hardware. From passwords to access the system, the implementation of firewall or other blocking measures of the computer system.
